 Colleen Healy Simpson Colleen Healy Simpson is an associate in the Philadelphia office. She concentrates her practice in complex commercial and appellate litigation. Ms. Simpson has worked on matters involving RICO, ERISA, antitrust and various state law claims. She also has experience in the defense of shareholder derivative suits and in advising special litigation committees in the investigation of alleged corporate wrongdoing. Ms. Simpson has been named to the Rising Star list for 2007 and 2008 which is published in Law & Politics’ Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars Edition and Philadelphia Magazine. She is a member of the Professional Women’s Roundtable, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and was appointed to the PBA Women in the Profession Committee. Ms. Simpson received her B.A. from Villanova University and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. Ms. Simpson is a member of the Bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
