Korab Sejdiu is an associate in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Sejdiu is a business and commercial litigator with experience in matters involving complex insurance coverage, white-collar crime, intellectual property, and state law claims such as breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with a contract and breach of contract. He also has experience in appellate litigation, arbitration and business restructuring. Additionally, Mr. Sejdiu has counseled clients on international policy issues and foreign direct investments, and has advised a foreign developing government on issues involving government and business ethics and accountability, judiciary reforms, self-determination and sovereignty negotiations, elections, state enterprise privatization, constitutional drafting, lobbying, business strategy, and trade.

Mr. Sejdiu received his B.S. in International Business with a minor in Economics from The College of New Jersey in 2001. He received his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in 2004, where he served as the External Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. During the third year of law school, Mr. Sejdiu was awarded the prestigious Wolcott Fellowship, which enabled him to clerk on part time basis for Vice Chancellor Leo E. Strine, Jr. and Vice Chancellor Stephen P. Lamb of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Upon graduating from law school, he clerked for Justice John E. Wallace, Jr. of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Sejdiu is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, state of New Jersey, state of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, International and Litigation sections of the American Bar Association, and Gloucester County Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Albanian-American Council.

Mr. Sejdiu is fluent in Albanian and Serbo-Croatian.
