Neill Kling is a commercial litigator who has represented and advised corporate, academic and individual clients at the trial and appellate levels with respect to a broad array of issues that are central to their business and institutional purposes. Mr. Kling has represented corporate and individual clients with respect to securities fraud and derivative actions, antitrust, contractual disputes, partnership disputes and investor relations. He has successfully represented clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical industries with respect to such matters as patent litigation, patent licensing disputes, disputes over drug development and distribution and scientific codes of conduct. Mr. Kling has represented and advised academic institutions in matters involving employment discrimination and discrimination under Title IX, tenure disputes and non-discrimination codes of conduct. Mr. Kling's diverse practice also includes extensive experience with products liability and consumer protection litigation, and he has teamed with colleagues in the Harkins Cunningham LLP Washington D.C. office to provide competition analysis and prepare filings in major railroad merger proceedings before the Surface Transportation Board.

Mr. Kling is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Bars of the Courts of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Circuits and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (J.D. 1988) and Lafayette College (B.A. 1985).
