 David W. Engstrom David Engstrom is a commercial litigator with broad experience representing clients in complex cases in federal and state court, and in all phases of litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels. He has considerable experience handling intellectual property, antitrust, securities fraud, and other general business tort litigation. He also has significant experience representing clients in complex contract disputes, matters relating to the enforcement of non-competition clauses, and claims concerning misappropriation of trade secrets and copyright infringement. In addition, he has handled matters relating to director and officer liability, and litigation arising under the False Claims Act. He has successfully represented public and private companies in the financial, pharmaceutical, chemical, entertainment, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, and consumer product industries. Mr. Engstrom received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1995. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992, graduating summa cum laude. He clerked for the Honorable Janis Graham Jack, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Engstrom is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
