 Karin E. Davis Karin Davis is a senior attorney in the Philadelphia office. She concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation. Ms. Davis has significant experience with securities fraud class actions and derivative and antitrust litigation. Ms. Davis received her A.B., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in English literature from Smith College in 1984, and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1989, where she was Order of the Coif. Ms. Davis is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
