Elizabeth M. Chachis Elizabeth Chachis concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation. Her experience includes representing clients in nationwide managed care class action suits, ERISA class action litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty claims, contractual disputes and in other complex commercial matters. She has significant experience in litigation for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and non-profit research institutes, including patent licensing disputes and supply and distribution contract litigation. She has also worked with biotech clients on transactional matters, including clinical trial, research, licensing, materials transfer, consulting and operational agreements. Ms. Chachis is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey and is a member of the Bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Ms. Chachis is a graduate of Rutgers University (J.D. 1991), where she was Symposium Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal, and Wells College (B.A., cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, 1966).
