Eleanor Illoway is a trial lawyer and a founding partner of Harkins Cunningham LLP. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in the healthcare, biotechnology, banking, and various manufacturing industries, in suits involving securities fraud and ERISA class actions, shareholder derivative suits, antitrust claims, contract disputes, and takeover litigation, as well as other complex commercial matters. In addition, she has participated in internal investigations.
