Colleen Healy Simpson represents corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial and appellate litigation matters, including those involving RICO, ERISA, antitrust and various state law claims. She also has experience in class actions, shareholder derivative suits and in advising boards of directors in the investigation of alleged corporate wrongdoing. Ms. Simpson has successfully represented companies in the chemical, healthcare, insurance and manufacturing industries.
